RETURNS 

Meremere Diaries is happy to offer a store credit or refund for full price, unworn items with all original tags still attached. 

All sale items are final unless deemed faulty.

Meremere Diaries does not cover return shipping costs for returns, refunds or store credit. Please contact us immediately to report a fault or issue with your order. 

- Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Sale items are not eligible for returns.
- You have 30 days within receiving your items to request for a return.
- Returned item(s) must be shipped back to us within 7 days of return request approval.
- We reserve the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without approval.

Please email info@meremerediaries.com with your order number to request a return slip.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE PROCESS

- Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be inspected once returned at our office.
- Once inspected you will be notified on wether your return has been accepted or declined.
- We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items through the postal service.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be reflected in your bank account.
